The elephant holds a secret,
He will continue to hide.
He smiles at the tribe,
This causes them to fret.
He marches on,
Despite the natives curiosity.
If only they knew what he happened upon,
That fateful day many years ago.
An elephant never forgets you see,
He remembers every show.
And who he saw drinking tea,
Well, he claims he doesn’t know.
A rare occurrence,
Amongst the elephants.
“Forgetfulness,” he claims.
But honestly, he’s been sworn to secrecy.
